(a)
There
is hereby adopted the city 2005 Paving Design Manual, a copy of which
is on file in the city secretary’s office, and which is made
a part hereof for all purposes, the same as if copied in full herein.
(b)
The
design and construction of all street, alley, driveway and related
appurtenances in the city shall be in accordance with the 2005 Paving
Design Manual adopted herein.
