No person shall trim any tree on any public parkway or other property owned by the city without the permission of the city manager of the City of DeSoto or his designee.

No person shall deposit the leaves, branches, twigs, trunks, or any other portion of any tree trimmed in the City of DeSoto on a public parkway or right-of-way, nor shall the person leave any tree, leaves, branches, twigs, trunks, or any other portion of any tree trimmed in bundles in excess of the size or weight designated by ordinances of the City of DeSoto, nor shall said person leave any trimmings in excess of the maximum amount permitted to be picked up at each home site without the imposition of special pick-up fee. All other tree trimmings, leaves, branches, twigs, trunks, or any other portion of any tree trimmed shall be removed from the premises by the person and disposed of in accordance with the ordinances of the City of DeSoto or any other applicable municipal or state law.
