It is the responsibility of the city manager to change and amend
the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, Part I, to more effectively
and efficiently promote the interests of the City of DeSoto. The city
manager may change or amend Part II of these rules within statutory
and city charter authorities with budgetary approval of the city council.
The personnel administrator represents the city manager with regard
to routine administration of all phases of these rules.
