(a)
There is hereby adopted the city’s Texas Drainage Design and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Manual, a copy of which is on file in the city secretary’s office, and which is made a part hereof for all purposes, the same as if copied in full herein.
(b)
The design and construction of all drainage and stormwater facilities in the city shall be in accordance with the drainage design and stormwater pollution manual adopted herein.
