false alarms during the preceding 12-month period: $50.00.

Charge for each false alarm over five (5) but not more than eight
(8) other false alarms during the preceding 12-month period: $75.00.
(3)
Charge for each false alarm if the location has had eight or more
false alarms in the preceding 12-month period: $100.00.

False Fire Alarm:
(1)
Charge for each false alarm over (3) but not more than (5) other
false alarms during the preceding 12-month period: $50.00.
