Every owner who owns, controls, possesses, exhibits, displays,
or who permits to be exhibited or displayed in this city, any coin-operated
machine, billiard table or domino table shall pay, and there is hereby
levied on each coin-operated machine, billiard table or domino table,
as defined herein, except as are exempt herein, an annual occupational
tax of seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50).
