The purpose of library services is to provide city residents
an avenue to pursue intellectual, educational and recreational interests
through diverse services and resources, in a variety of formats.

The City of Westworth Village will reimburse residents the annual
cost of a Fort Worth Library nonresident card, provided the resident
completes the request for library reimbursement form and submits the
required documentation to the utilities department.
(1)
Upon
receipt and verification, the utilities department will post a credit
on the card holder’s utility account. The credit will appear
on the account within 48 hours of submission and will be applied to
any outstanding or future utility account balance.
(2)
Reimbursements
will not be paid for replacement, lost or stolen cards.
