All beverages containing any amount, quantity or content of alcohol.
A motor vehicle that is:
A motor-driven cycle that cannot attain a speed in one mile of more than 30 miles per hour and the engine of which:
A motor vehicle, other than a tractor, that is equipped with a rider’s saddle and designed to have when propelled not more than three wheels on the ground.
A motorcycle equipped with a motor that has an engine piston displacement of 250 cubic centimeters or less.
Park land or recreational or park facilities located within Trophy Club Park and any building or facility located thereon, and under the control of the town as a part of the park, recreation or playground area, whether or not such areas have been formally dedicated to such purposes.
The written rules, regulations and policies adopted by the town which govern the use of Trophy Club Park.
Any designated portion of any park or any park road or drive which is set aside for the parking of vehicles.
Written permission from the town or other appropriate governmental agency or entity which allows the person in possession of such permit to carry out or engage in a given activity in a park.
Any individual, person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
