No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
(1) 
Displaying it for sale.
(2) 
Washing, greasing, filling with gas or oil or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.

No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten (10) feet of the width of either lane of a roadway for free movement of the vehicular traffic, except that a driver may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers or when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals of a police officer.

(a) 
The chief of police shall cause parking spaces to be maintained and marked off in and on such streets and parts thereof as may be designated by the city council from time to time, and he shall cause spaces in which parking is prohibited to be maintained and marked off in and on such streets and parts thereof as may be designated by the city council from time to time. The chief of police shall also cause time limit parking areas to be maintained and marked off in and on such part or parts of streets as may be designated by the city council from time to time. All such spaces or areas shall be clearly indicated by appropriate signs or markings on the pavement.
(b) 
In areas designated as time limit parking areas, parking may be limited to any period prescribed by the council, the same to be designated with clearly distinguishable markings or signs at both ends of the time limit area and at reasonable intervals between the beginning and ending of such time limit area, indicating the time allowed for parking in such area.
(c) 
Any time limit on parking established under this section shall apply on such days and between such hours as prescribed by the council.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name or owned or operated by him or in his possession or under his control to be or remain in any space or area in which parking is prohibited, or in a time limit parking area for a longer period of time than that designated by the markings on the street or by signs clearly visible.

No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to have available less than ten (10) feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall stand or park a vehicle within an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.

Overnight parking for storage on any paved street is hereby prohibited. “Overnight parking for storage” is hereby defined as the habitual parking or storing of cars, trucks, tractors or other vehicles on paved streets during the hours from sundown to sunup, except temporarily disabled vehicles which are protected by flares or other approved signal devices. It is not the intention of this section to prohibit or interfere with passenger cars temporarily parked at night, where such parking is not done regularly and during the entire night.

All freight trucks shall be, and are hereby required, to be loaded and unloaded from the alley entrance, if practicable. Where conditions are such as to make the loading or unloading thereof from an alley impracticable, such trucks shall be parked on the street in accord with all applicable provisions of this article.

The chief of police is authorized to issue special permits to permit the backing of a vehicle to the curb for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise or materials subject to the terms and conditions of such permit. Such permits may be issued either to the owner or lessee of real property or to the owner of the vehicle and shall grant to such person the privilege as therein stated and authorized herein, and it shall be unlawful for any permittee or other person to violate any of the special terms or conditions of any such permit.

(a) 
The chief of police is hereby authorized, subject to approval by the city council, to establish bus stops and taxicab stands on such public streets in such places and in such number as he shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public, and every such bus stop and taxicab stand shall be designated by appropriate signs.
(b) 
The driver of a bus or taxicab shall not park upon any street in any business district at any time other than at a bus stop or taxicab stand, respectively, except that this provision shall not prevent the driver of any such vehicle from temporarily stopping in accordance with other stopping or parking regulations at any place for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers.
(c) 
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than a bus in a bus stop, or other than a taxicab in a taxicab stand, when any such stop or stand has been officially designated and appropriately signed, except that the driver of a passenger vehicle may temporarily stop therein for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers when such stopping does not interfere with any bus or taxicab waiting to enter or about to enter such zone.

(a) 
Definitions.
in this section:
Axle weight.
The weight transmitted to the ground by one axle or one set of axles.
Gross combination weight (GCW).
The total weight of a powered unit plus trailers plus the cargo.
Gross combination weight rating (GCWR).
The maximum GCW specified by the manufacturer for a specific combination of vehicles plus its load.
Gross vehicle weight (GVW).
The total weight of a single vehicle plus its load.
Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR).
The maximum GVW specified by the manufacturer for a single vehicle plus its load.
Oversize vehicle.
A road tractor, truck tractor, semitrailer, trailer, dump truck, concrete mixing truck, or any vehicle designed for the transport of more than 15 passengers including the driver.
Road/truck tractor.
A motor vehicle designed and in full compliance with state law and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations used to draw another vehicle but not constructed to carry a load independently or to carry a part of the weight of the other vehicle or its load.
Semitrailer.
A vehicle with a load capacity exceeding 10,000 pounds with or without motive power in full compliance with state law and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations:
(1) 
Designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle and transport persons or property; and
(2) 
Constructed so that part of the vehicle’s weight and load rests on or is carried by another vehicle.
Suspension systems.
Suspension systems have a manufacturer’s weight capacity rating.
Tire load.
The maximum safe weight a tire can carry at a specified pressure. This rating is stated on the side of each tire.
Trailer.
A vehicle with a load capacity exceeding 10,000 pounds with or without motor power in full compliance with state law and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations:
(1) 
Designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle and transport persons or property; and
(2) 
Constructed so that no part of the vehicle’s weight or load rests on the motor vehicle.
(b) 
Parking prohibited.
A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) 
Parks, stops or stands an oversize vehicle in excess of 10,000 pounds GVW or GCW on private property that is zoned residential or on any public street within the corporate limits of the city except when designated a truck route pursuant to section 12.02.009 of this code or unless otherwise exempted in this code.
(2) 
Parks, stops or stands an oversize vehicle in excess of the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) or gross combination weight rating (GCWR) on any public street within the corporate limits of the city.
(3) 
Parks, stops or stands an oversize vehicle in violation of the allowable axle weight, tire load and/or manufacturer’s weight capacity rating for suspension on any public street within the corporate limits of the city.
(4) 
Allows the oversize vehicle to remain on the private property or public street for more than two hours.
(c) 
Other truck regulations.
Nothing in this section authorizes parking an oversize vehicle on a public street, which is otherwise designated for no parking or driving an oversize vehicle on a street not designated for the weight of the vehicle.
(d) 
Exemptions.
It is an exemption to subsection (b) if:
(1) 
The oversize vehicle parked on private property or a public street was being actively loaded or unloaded for the entire time that the oversize vehicle remained parked, stopped or standing on the private property or public street;
(2) 
The oversize vehicle is a school bus or other type public transportation bus that transports persons or children through the city to and from school or other destination within the corporate limits of the city;
(3) 
The oversize vehicle is a fire truck or fire apparatus for fighting fires;
(4) 
The oversize vehicle is designated for use by the city’s public works department or is contracted with the city for city services including but not limited to garbage trucks, dump trucks, heavy equipment machinery, flatbed trucks, bulk trucks, sewer jet machines, street sweepers and chemical transport trucks with approved hazardous placards properly displayed on the oversize vehicle meeting DOT regulations;
(5) 
An oversize vehicle less than ten thousand (10,000) pounds GVW or GCW is permitted to park on a public street for a period not to exceed two hours unless the street is not designated for the weight of the vehicle; or
(6) 
Has a valid special permit issued with the approval of the city’s police chief or his/her designee.

(a) 
Miller Drive.
(1) 
From station 0.00 at the intersection of Yale Street and Miller Drive westward along both sides of Miller Street to station 1+90 and station 6+56 at the intersection of Miller Drive and Nancy Lane/Inspiration Lane is hereby designated as a no parking zone.
(2) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs designating Miller Drive as a no parking zone.
(b) 
Roberts Cut Off Road.
(1) 
From station 0+00 on Roberts Cut Off Road at its intersection with River Oaks Blvd. and continuing northward on Roberts Cut Off Road including both sides of Roberts Cut Off to station 28+26 at the intersection of Roberts Cut Off Road and Notre Dame Avenue as a special no parking zone at all times.
(2) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to mark the pavement and place signs designating Roberts Cut Off Road from station 0+00 on Roberts Cut Off Road at its intersection with River Oaks Blvd. and continuing northward on Roberts Cut Off Road including both sides of Roberts Cut Off Road to station 28+26 at the intersection of Roberts Cut Off Road and Notre Dame Avenue as a no parking zone.
(c) 
Inspiration Lane.
(1) 
The entire turnaround circle at the northwest end of Inspiration Lane is designated to be a no parking zone at all times where public vehicular travel has to turn around since there is no through public vehicular traffic allowed down the private road entrance to the city’s water plant.
(2) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs and pavement markings designating the entire turnaround circle at the northwest end of Inspiration Lane where public vehicular travel has to turn around as a no parking zone at all times since there is no through public vehicular traffic allowed at that point down the private road entrance to the city’s water plant.
(d) 
Blackstone Drive.
(1) 
From Roberts Cut Off Road at its intersection with Blackstone Drive and continuing eastward on Blackstone Drive including 220 feet on the south side of Blackstone Drive and 435 feet on the north side of Blackstone Drive at the intersection of Roberts Cut Off Road east to its intersection with Winters Street as a special no parking zone at all times.
(2) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to mark the pavement and place signs designating Blackstone Drive from its intersection with Roberts Cut Off Road continuing eastward on Blackstone Drive including 220 feet on the south side of Blackstone Drive to the property line between 5221 and 5225 Blackstone Drive and 435 feet on the north side of Blackstone Drive from its intersection with Roberts Cut Off Road east to its intersection with Winters Street as a special no parking zone at all times.
(e) 
Green Oaks Drive.
(1) 
From the road egress at 4817 Green Oaks at its intersection with Green Oaks Drive and continuing westward along the north side of the public right-of-way of Green Oaks Drive approximately 592 feet to its intersection with the road egress located adjacent to 4805 Green Oaks Drive as illustrated in exhibit A of Ordinance 1253-2019 as a special no parking zone at all times.
(2) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs in accordance to the Uniform Traffic Code designating Green Oaks Drive from its intersection with [the road egress at 4817] Green Oaks Drive and continuing westward along the north side of the public right-of-way of Green Oaks Drive approximately 592 feet to its intersection with the road egress located adjacent to 4805 Green Oaks Drive as a special no parking zone at all times.
(f) 
Yale/Sansom Circle.
(1) 
Pursuant to attachment A of Ordinance 1380-2023, the street from the intersection of Yale and Sansom Circle along the west side of Sansom Circle north 142 feet on Sansom Circle in front of the property at 2101 Sansom Circle is hereby designated as a “special no parking zone” at all times.
(2) 
Pursuant to attachment A of Ordinance 1380-2023, the street from the intersection of Yale and Sansom Circle along the west side of Yale Street 390 feet south from the intersection of Yale and Sansom Circle in front of the properties at 1913, 1909 and 1905 Yale is hereby designated as a “special no parking zone” at all times.
(3) 
Pursuant to attachment A of Ordinance 1380-2023, 145 feet south to north along the west bound side of 1917 Yale where the street splits being known as Yale/Sansom Circle triangle otherwise being known as Schieffer Park that is owned and operated as a park by the city is hereby designated as a “special no parking zone” at all times.
(4) 
In accordance with section 12.05.003(a) of this code the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs “no parking zone” and mark the street designating 142 feet on the west side of Sansom Circle in front of 2101 Sansom Circle, 390 feet south from the intersection of Yale and Sansom Circle along the west side of Yale Street and 145 feet along the west side of 1917 Yale where Yale splits at the Yale/Sansom Park Triangle as plotted on the attached attachment A to Ordinance 1380-2023 as a “no parking zone.”

(a) 
Miller Drive.
(1) 
At station 0.00 at the intersection of Yale Street and Miller Drive the city council has designated this intersection as a stop intersection upon which vehicles shall stop before entering onto Yale Street.
(2) 
At station 1+90 and station 6+56 at the intersection of Miller Drive and Nancy Lane/Inspiration Lane the city council has designated this intersection as a stop intersection upon which vehicles shall stop before entering onto Nancy Lane to the south of the intersection or on Inspiration Lane to the north of the designated stop intersection.
(3) 
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install stop signs at the following locations:
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Miller Drive in accordance to the Transportation Code within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Miller Drive at the Miller Drive and Yale Street intersection at the point which vehicles enter onto Yale Street.
(B) 
A stop sign will be placed on Miller Drive in accordance to the Transportation Code within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Miller Drive at the Miller Drive, Nancy Lane and Inspiration Lane intersections at the point which vehicles enter onto Nancy Lane to the south or Inspiration Lane to the north.
(b) 
White Oak Lane and Springer Road.
(1) 
At station 7+04 at the intersection of White Oak Lane and Springer Road the city council has designated this intersection as a special stop intersection upon which vehicles shall stop before entering onto White Oak Lane from the south entrance of Springer Road.
(2) 
At station 7+04 on White Oak Lane and Springer Road the city council has designated this intersection as a special stop intersection upon which vehicles shall stop before entering or crossing White Oak Lane from the south to the north of the designated stop intersection on Springer Road.
(3) 
In accordance with section 12.03.001, the police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Springer Road in accordance to the Transportation Code within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Springer Road at the intersection with White Oak Lane at the point which vehicles enter onto White Oak Lane.
(c) 
Special stopping intersection in the 4500-4600 blocks of Barbara Road.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install stop signs at the following locations:
(1) 
At station 33+95 at the intersection of Palmetto with Barbara Road in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Barbara Road from the intersecting street of Palmetto.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Palmetto within the 9-1/2-foot dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Barbara Road at the intersection with Palmetto at the point which vehicles enter onto Barbara Road from Palmetto.
(2) 
At station 37+14 on Barbara Road and station 0+00 at the intersection of Springer Road with Barbara Road in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Barbara Road from the intersecting street of Springer Road.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Springer Road within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Barbara Road at the intersection with Springer Road at the point which vehicles enter onto Barbara Road from Springer Road.
(d) 
Special stopping intersection at Auburn Street and Roberts Cut Off Road.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install stop signs at the following locations:
(1) 
At station 4+92 of Auburn Street with station 25+07 on Roberts Cut Off Road in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Roberts Cut Off Road from the intersecting street of Auburn.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Auburn Street within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Auburn Street at the intersection with Roberts Cut Off Road at the point which vehicles enter onto Roberts Cut Off Road from the intersecting street of Auburn.
(e) 
Special stopping intersections in the 5000 block of Sherwood Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install stop signs at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Sherwood Drive and Merritt Street as plotted herein on exhibit A of Ordinance 943-2012 in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Merritt Street from Sherwood Drive.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed in the 5000 block of Sherwood Drive within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Sherwood Drive at the intersection with Merritt Street at the point which vehicles enter onto Merritt Street from the intersecting street of Sherwood Drive.
(2) 
Be designated at the intersection of Sherwood Drive and Greenbrier Drive as plotted herein on exhibit A of Ordinance 943-2012 in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Greenbrier Drive from Sherwood Drive.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed in the 5000 block of Sherwood Drive within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Sherwood Drive at the intersection with Greenbrier Drive at the point which vehicles enter onto Greenbrier Drive from the intersecting street of Sherwood Drive.
(f) 
Special stop intersections at Tulane Avenue and Greenbrier Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install stop signs at the following locations:
(1) 
Be designated at the intersection of Tulane Avenue and Greenbrier Drive as plotted herein on exhibit A of Ordinance 943-2012 in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Greenbrier Drive from Tulane Avenue.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed in the 5000 block of Tulane Avenue within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Tulane Avenue at the intersection with Greenbrier Drive at the point which vehicles enter onto Greenbrier Drive from the intersecting street of Tulane Avenue.
(g) 
Special stopping intersection at White Oak Lane with Merritt Street.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department to remove the existing yield sign and install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of White Oak Lane with Merritt Street in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Merritt Street from the intersecting street of White Oak Lane.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on White Oak Lane within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of White Oak Lane at the intersection with Merritt Street at the point which vehicles enter onto Merritt Street from the intersecting street of White Oak Lane.
(h) 
Special stopping intersection at Frontier Street with Barbara Road.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department to remove the existing yield sign and install a stop sign at the following location:
(1) 
At the intersection of Frontier Street and Barbara Road as plotted herein on exhibit A of Ordinance 947-2012 in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Barbara Road from the north on Frontier Street.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Frontier Street within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Frontier Street at the intersection with Barbara Road at the point which vehicles enter onto Barbara Road from the north intersecting street of Frontier.
(i) 
Special stopping intersections on Red Oak Lane and Keith Pumphrey Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department remove any existing yield signs and install stop signs at the following locations:
(1) 
At both the north and south intersections of Red Oak Lane with Keith Pumphrey Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Keith Pumphrey Drive from the intersecting street of Red Oak Lane.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on Red Oak Lane within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city;
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, a stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Red Oak Lane (north entrance) at the intersection with Keith Pumphrey Drive at the point which vehicles enter onto Keith Pumphrey Drive from the intersecting street of Red Oak Lane; and
(C) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Red Oak Lane (south entrance) at the intersection with Keith Pumphrey Drive at the point which vehicles enter onto Keith Pumphrey Drive from the intersecting street of Red Oak Lane.
(j) 
Special stopping intersection at 4905 Green Oaks Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department remove the existing yield sign and install a stop sign at the following location:
(1) 
At the intersection of Green Oaks Drive with the crossover to Highway 183 (River Oaks Blvd.) being at 4905 Green Oaks Drive as plotted herein on exhibit A to Ordinance 961-2012 in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic crossing Green Oaks Drive from the east or entering into the crossover to Highway 183 at that location.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed at 4905 Green Oaks Drive within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Green Oaks Drive known as being 4905 Green Oaks Drive at the intersection with the highway crossover to River Oaks Blvd.
(k) 
Special stopping intersection at Carondolet and 4900 Black Oak Lane.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following location:
(1) 
At the intersection of Carondolet Court with the 4900 block of Black Oak Lane as plotted herein on exhibit A to Ordinance 961-2012 in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Black Oak Lane from Carondolet Court.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed in the 900 block of Carondolet within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Carondolet Court at the intersection with the 4900 block of Black Oak Lane.
(l) 
Special stopping intersection in the 1100 block of Harvard Street.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install stop signs at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Harvard with Baylor in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Baylor from the intersecting street of Harvard.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northwest corner of Harvard in the 1100 block of Harvard within dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Harvard at the intersection where Harvard dead ends into 5600 block of Baylor Avenue at the point which vehicles enter onto Baylor Avenue from Harvard.
(m) 
Special stopping intersection in the 300 block of Worthview Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Worthview Drive with Blackstone Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Blackstone from the intersecting street of Worthview.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Worthview Drive in the 300 block of Worthview Drive within dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Worthview Drive at the intersection of Worthview Drive with Blackstone Drive at the point which vehicles enter onto Blackstone Drive from Worthview Drive.
(n) 
Special stopping intersection in the 300 block of Harrisdale Avenue.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department to replace the existing yield sign and install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Harrisdale Avenue with Blackstone Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Blackstone from the intersecting street of Harrisdale.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Harrisdale Avenue in the 300 block of Worthview Drive within dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Harrisdale Avenue at the intersection of Harrisdale Avenue with Blackstone Drive at the point which vehicles enter onto Blackstone Drive from Harrisdale Avenue.
(o) 
Special stopping intersection on North Schilder Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of North Schilder Drive with Lynda Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto or across the through street of Lynda Drive from the intersecting street of North Schilder Drive from both sides of North Schilder Drive.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on both the northeast corner and southwest corners of North Schilder Drive within dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on both the northeast and southwest corners of North Schilder Drive at its intersection with Lynda Drive removing the existing yield signs and replacing it with stop signs.
(p) 
Special stopping intersection on Lynda Drive.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department to replace the existing yield sign and install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Lynda Drive with Black Oak Lane in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Black Oak Lane from the intersecting street of Linda Drive.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Lynda Drive at its intersection with Black Oak Lane within dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Lynda Drive at the intersection with Black Oak Lane at the point which vehicles enter onto Black Oak Lane from Lynda Drive.
(q) 
Special stopping intersections on Gilbow Avenue.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Walter Drive with Gilbow Avenue in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Gilbow Avenue from the intersecting street of Walter Drive from the north.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northwest corner of Walter Drive where Walter Drive intersects with Gilbow Avenue within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Walter Drive at its intersection with Gilbow Avenue.
(2) 
At the intersection of Gilbow Avenue with Thersa Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Thersa Drive from the intersecting street of Gilbow Avenue from the east.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Gilbow Avenue where Gilbow Avenue intersects with Thersa Drive within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Gilbow Avenue at its intersection with Thersa Drive.
(r) 
Special stopping intersections on Shenna Blvd. and Almena Rd.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Lawrence Rd. with Shenna Blvd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Shenna Blvd. from the intersecting street of Lawrence Rd. from the west.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Lawrence Rd. where Lawrence Rd. intersects with Shenna Blvd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Lawrence Rd. at its intersection with Shenna Blvd.
(2) 
At the intersection of Byrd Dr. with Shenna Blvd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Shenna Blvd. from the intersecting street of Byrd Dr. from the west.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Byrd Dr. where Byrd Dr. intersects with Shenna Blvd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Byrd Dr. at its intersection with Shenna Blvd.
(3) 
At the intersection of Almena Road with Long Avenue in the 1400 block of Long Ave. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Long Avenue from the intersecting street of Almena Rd. from the east in the 4700 Block of Almena Rd. and also from the west in the 4800 block of Almena Rd.
(A) 
A two-way stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Almena Rd. where it intersects with Long Ave. and on the northeast corner of Almena Rd. where it intersects with Long Ave. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on both the southwest and northeast corners of Almena Rd. at its intersection with Long Ave.
(s) 
Other special stopping intersections.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(1) 
At the intersection of Kessler Rd. with Greenbrier Dr. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Greenbrier Dr. from the intersecting street of Kessler Rd.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Kessler Rd. where it intersects with Greenbrier Dr. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Kessler Rd. at its intersection with Greenbrier Dr.
(2) 
At the intersection of Penrod Ct. with Greenbrier Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Greenbrier Drive from the intersecting street of Penrod Ct.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Penrod Ct. where it intersects with Greenbrier Dr. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Penrod Ct. at its intersection with Greenbrier Dr.
(3) 
At the intersection of Westwick Dr. with Langley Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Langley Rd. from the intersecting street of Westwick Dr.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Westwick Dr where it intersects with Langley Rd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and

At the intersection of Kessler Rd. with Westwick Dr. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Westwick Dr. from the intersecting street of Kessler Rd.

A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Kessler Rd. where it intersects with Westwick Dr. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and

In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Kessler Rd. at its intersection with Westwick Dr.

At the intersection of Penrod Ct. with Westwick Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Westwick Dr. from the intersecting street of Penrod Ct.

A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Penrod Ct. where it intersects with Westwick Dr. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and

At the intersection of Kessler Rd. with Glenwick Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Glenwick Drive from the intersecting street of Kessler Rd.

A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Kessler Rd. where it intersects with Glenwick Dr. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and

(7) 
At the intersection of Langley Rd. with Glenwick Drive in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Glenwick Drive from the intersecting street of Langley Rd.

A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Langley Rd. where it intersects with Glenwick Dr. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Langley Rd. at its intersection with Glenwick Dr.
(8) 
At the intersection of Woodlawn Dr. with Lawrence Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Lawrence Rd. from the intersecting street of Woodlawn Dr.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northwest corner of Woodlawn Dr. where it intersects with Lawrence Rd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northwest corner of Woodlawn Dr. at its intersection with Lawrence Rd.
(9) 
At the intersection of Kessler Rd. with Long Ave. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Long Ave. from the intersecting street of Kessler Rd.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Kessler Rd. where it intersects with Long Ave. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Kessler Rd. at its intersection with Long Ave.
(10) 
At the intersection of Langley Rd. with Long Ave. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Long Ave. from the intersecting street of Langley Rd.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Langley Rd. where it intersects with Long Ave. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Langley Rd. at its intersection with Long Ave.
(11) 
At the intersection of Worthview Dr. with Barbara Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Barbara Rd. from the intersecting street of Worthview Dr.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Worthview Dr. where it intersects with Barbara Rd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Worthview Dr. at its intersection with Barbara Rd.
(12) 
At the intersection of Harrisdale Ave. with Barbara Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Barbara Rd. from the intersecting street of Harrisdale Ave.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Harrisdale Ave. where it intersects with Barbara Rd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Harrisdale Ave. at its intersection with Barbara Rd.
(13) 
At the intersection of Oaklawn Dr. with Barbara Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Barbara Rd. from the intersecting street of Oaklawn Dr.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Oaklawn Dr. where it intersects with Barbara Rd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southeast corner of Oaklawn Dr. at its intersection with Barbara Rd.
(14) 
At the intersection of Stevens St. with Churchill Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Churchill Rd. from the intersecting street of Stevens St.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Stevens St. where it intersects with Churchill Rd. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the southwest corner of Stevens St. at its intersection with Churchill Rd.
(15) 
At the intersection of Hope St. with Merritt St. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorists due to vehicular traffic entering onto Merritt St. from the intersecting street of Hope St.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Hope St. where it intersects with Merritt St. within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of Hope St. replacing a YIELD Sign at its intersection with Merritt St.
(16) 
Special stopping intersection on northbound Truman Drive alleyway egress.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following location:
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of the egress alleyway at the point where it intersects with Black Oak Lane where motorists traveling from south to north on the one-way egress will be required to stop before turning left or right on the Black Oak Lane thoroughfare; and
(B) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on the northeast corner of the Truman Drive alleyway egress at its intersection with Black Oak Lane.
(17) 
Special stopping intersections on Yale Street.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(A) 
On Yale Street at its intersection with Dartmouth Avenue thereby creating a 4-way stop intersection in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorist from motorists speeding down Yale Street without a stopping deterrent to cause them to reduce their speed.
(i) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Yale Street where it intersects with Dartmouth Avenue within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city as indicated on exhibit A of Ordinance 1303-2021;
(ii) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northwest corner of Yale Street where it intersects with Dartmouth Avenue within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city as indicated on exhibit A of Ordinance 1303-2021; and
(iii) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop signs will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on both the southeast corner and on the northwest corner of Yale Street at its intersection Dartmouth Avenue.
(B) 
On Yale Street at its intersection with Baylor Avenue thereby creating a 4-way Stop Intersection in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and motorist from motorists speeding down Yale Street without a stopping deterrent to cause them to reduce their speed.
(i) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southeast corner of Yale Street where it intersects with Baylor Avenue within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city as indicated on exhibit A of Ordinance 1303-2021;
(ii) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northwest corner of Yale Street where it intersects with Baylor Avenue within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city as indicated on exhibit A of Ordinance 1303-2021; and
(iii) 
In accordance to the Transportation Code, the stop sign will be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on both the southeast corner and on the northwest corner of Yale Street at its intersection Baylor Avenue.
(C) 
At the intersection of Yale Street with Roberts Cut Off Road in order to protect the safety of motorists a protected median be placed in the northeast bound lanes of Yale Street creating a right hand turn lane on to Roberts Cut Off Road and that a "special stopping intersection" be designated on all traffic lanes where Yale Street intersects with Roberts Cut Off Road as follows:
(i) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of the right turn lane created with the installation of the concrete median where motorists intersect with the southbound traffic on Roberts Cut Off Road as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 1388-2023 in accordance to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic-Control Devices to be placed within 18- inches of the prevailing edge of the street within the dedicated public right-of-way as a stopping intersection in accordance to the Transportation Code all under the control of the city for vehicular traffic on Yale Street intersecting with southbound traffic on Roberts Cut Off Road;
(ii) 
There is an existing stop sign located on Yale Street at the southwest corner of Yale Street set back from the intersection with Roberts Cut Off Road that is placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on Yale Street within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city that shall be relocated to be placed in the protected concrete median more visible to motorists as a stopping intersection on the northeast corner as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 1388-2023 in accordance to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic-Control Devices where the traffic lane turns left from Yale Street on to Roberts Cut Off Road for vehicular traffic traveling south to north on Roberts Cut Off Road; and
(iii) 
The police chief has determined that the new median shall be adequately marked to alert motorists of the new addition and that all traffic lanes be adequately marked as indicated on exhibit A to Ordinance 1388-2023.
(18) 
Meandering Road.
At the intersection of Yale Street with Meandering Rd. in order to protect the safety of pedestrians crossing Meandering Road and motorist due to vehicular traffic entering onto Meandering Rd. from the intersecting street of Yale St.
(A) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of Meandering Road to be setback approximately 8-feet from its intersection with Yale Street at least 4-feet in front of the crosswalk across Meandering Road as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 1337-2022 in accordance to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Devices to be placed within 18-inches of the prevailing edge of the street within the dedicated public right-of-way as a stopping intersection in accordance to the Transportation Code all under the control of the city for vehicular traffic traveling west to east on Meandering Road;
(B) 
A stop sign will be placed on the northeast corner of Meandering Road at its intersection with Yale Street as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 1337-2022 in accordance to the Transportation Code to be placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street at its intersection with Yale Street for vehicular traffic traveling east to west on Meandering Road as a stopping intersection within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city;
(C) 
There is an existing stop sign located on Yale Street at the northwest corner of Yale Street at its intersection with Meandering Road as plotted on the attached Exhibit A placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on Yale Street within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city that shall be relocated to 8-foot from the intersection with Meandering Road at least 4-feet in front of the crosswalk across Yale Street in accordance to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Devices near its intersection with Meandering Road for vehicular traffic traveling north to south on Yale Street as a stopping intersection;
(D) 
There is an existing stop sign located on Yale Street at the southeast corner of Yale Street at its intersection with Meandering Road placed in accordance with the Transportation Code within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on Yale Street within the public right-of-way all under control of the city for vehicular traffic traveling south to north on Yale Street as a stopping intersection; and
(E) 
With all the above stopping intersections as herein provided for, this intersection of Yale Street and Meandering Road will become a 4-way stopping intersection.
(19) 
Sansom Circle.
In accordance with this chapter, police chief hereby directs that the city public works department install a stop sign at the following locations:
(A) 
At the intersection of Sansom Circle with Roberts Cut Off Road in order to protect the safety of motorists a protected median be placed in the northeast bound lane of Sansom Circle to Roberts Cut Off Road creating a right hand turn lane on to Roberts Cut Off Road and that a "special stopping intersection" be designated on all traffic lanes where Sansom Circle intersects with Roberts Cut Off Road;
(B) 
A stop sign will be placed on the southwest corner of the right turn lane created with the installation of the concrete median where motorists intersect with the southbound traffic on Roberts Cut Off Road as plotted on the attached exhibit B to Ordinance 1388-2023 in accordance to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic-Control Devices to be placed within 18-inches of the prevailing edge of the street within the dedicated public right-of-way as a stopping intersection in accordance to the transportation code all under the control of the city for vehicular traffic on Yale Street intersecting with southbound traffic on Roberts Cut Off Road;
(C) 
There is an existing stop sign located on Sansom Circle at the southwest corner set back from the intersection with Roberts Cut Off Road that is placed within 18 inches of the prevailing edge of the street on Sansom Circle within the dedicated public right-of-way all under the control of the city that shall be relocated to be placed in the protected concrete median more visible to motorists as a stopping intersection on the northeast corner as plotted on the attached exhibit B to Ordinance 1388-2023 in accordance to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic-Control Devices where the traffic lane turns left from Sansom Circle on to Roberts Cut Off Road for vehicular traffic traveling south to north on Roberts Cut Off Road or straight across Roberts Cut Off Road at a slight angle into the City of Fort Worth to travel east on Columbia Avenue; and
(D) 
The police chief has determined that the new median shall be adequately marked to alert motorists of the new addition and that all traffic lanes be adequately marked as indicated on exhibit B to Ordinance 1388-2023.

(a) 
5100 block of Tulane Avenue.
(1) 
The street from station 1+85.5 east 178 feet on the south side of the 5100 block of Tulane Avenue to station 3+63.5 is hereby designated as a “special time limit no parking zone” only on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
(2) 
In accordance with section 12.05.003(a) of this code the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs and mark the street designating the south side of the 5100 block of Tulane from station number 1+85.5 located 185.5 feet east from the intersection of Roberts Cut Off Road (station 21+92) and Tulane Avenue (station 0+00) and then eastward from station 1+85.5 another 178 feet along the south side of the 5100 block of Tulane Avenue to station number 3+63.5 and as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 821-09 as a “no parking zone on school days only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.”
(b) 
5300 block of Baylor Avenue.
(1) 
The north side of the 5300 block of Baylor Avenue west 80 feet from the intersection of Baylor Avenue (station number 9+00) with Roberts Cut Off Road is hereby designated as a “special time limit no parking zone” only on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
(2) 
In accordance with section 12.05.003(a) of this code the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs and mark the street designating the north side of the 5300 block of Baylor Avenue from station number 9+00 located at the intersection of Baylor Avenue (station 9+00) and then westward from station 9+00 another 80 feet along the north side of the 5300 block of Baylor Avenue to station number 8+20 and as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 821-09 as a “no parking zone on school days only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.”
(c) 
1100 block of Roberts Cut Off Road.
(1) 
The west side of the 1100 block of Roberts Cut Off Road north 85 feet from the intersection of Baylor Avenue (station number 9+00) with Roberts Cut Off Road located in the school zone is hereby designated as a “special time limit no parking zone” only on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
(2) 
In accordance with section 12.05.003(a) of this code the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs and mark the street designating the west side of the 1100 block of Roberts Cut Off Road at the intersection with Baylor Avenue at station number 9+00 and then northward another 85 feet along the west side of the 1100 block of Roberts Cut Off Road as located in the school zone and as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 822-09 as a “no parking zone on school days only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.”
(d) 
4500-4600 Barbara Road.
Intersection of Barbara Road with Isbell Road west to the intersection of Barbara Road and Churchill Road.
(1) 
From station 41+63 at the intersection of Isbell Road with Barbara Road westward along both sides of Barbara Road in the city to station 37+14 at Springer Road to station 33+95 at Palmetto to stations 30+59 and 23.35 in the intersection of Churchill and Barbara Road for an overall street distance of 1,125 feet designated as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone for on-street vehicular stopping or parking.
(2) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs designating Barbara Road as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone from 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. and again from 2:45 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. only on school days.
(e) 
300-400 Churchill Road, 4700-4816 Blackstone Drive, 300 blocks of Harrisdale Avenue and Worthview Drive.
(1) 
From the intersection of Doyle Drive (CISD Street) with Churchill Road southward along the west side of Churchill Road to its intersection with Blackstone Drive designated as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone for on-street vehicular stopping or parking.
(2) 
From the intersection of Blackstone Drive with Churchill Road westward along both the north and south sides of Blackstone Drive to its intersection with Frontier Street designated as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone for on-street vehicular stopping or parking.
(3) 
From the intersection of Blackstone Drive with Harrisdale Avenue northward 330 feet along both the east and west sides in the 300 block of Harrisdale Avenue to its intersection with the Castleberry Independent School District right-of-way on Shear Drive being designated as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone for on-street vehicular stopping or parking.
(4) 
From the intersection of Blackstone Drive with Worthview Drive northward approximately 270 feet along both the east and west sides in the 300 block of Worthview Drive to its intersection with the Castleberry Independent School District right-of-way on Worthview Drive being designated as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone for on-street vehicular stopping or parking.
(5) 
In accordance with this chapter, the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs designating the 300 to 400 blocks of Churchill Road, 4700 through 4816 Blackstone Drive to its intersection with Frontier Street, 300 blocks of Harrisdale Avenue and Worthview Drive as a special time limit no parking/no stopping zone from 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. and again from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. only on school days.
(f) 
700 Springer Avenue.
(1) 
The street from the intersection of Barbara Road and Springer Avenue along the east side of Springer Avenue northward 60-feet on Springer Avenue is hereby designated as a “special time limit no parking zone” only on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
(2) 
In accordance with section 12.05.003(a) of this code the police chief hereby directs the city public works department to place signs “no parking stopping and standing school days from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.” and mark the street designating the east side of Springer Avenue from its intersection with Barbara Road northward 60-feet on Springer Avenue as plotted on the attached exhibit A to Ordinance 1379-2023 as a “no parking zone on school days only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.”
