Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not herein provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of section 1.01.009.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly give or make a false fire alarm within the corporate limits of the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere in any manner with the firefighters of the city while the firefighters are en route to a fire or the fire station after an alarm has been given or while the firefighters are engaged in fighting a fire.

No person shall take out, drive, operate, or manipulate the fire truck or any piece of equipment thereon unless a member of the volunteer fire department officially authorized by the fire chief or his assistants to do so.
