(a) 
A charge as set forth in the fee schedule in appendix A of this code shall be paid to the city by each occupied residential, commercial or industrial unit for sanitation services within the corporate limits of the city, and the person under whose name such service is registered shall be responsible for the payment of such other charge or charges. The charge for sanitation services shall be listed on the water bill and shall be due and payable at the same time the bill for water service is due.
(b) 
The rates and charges shall entitle each owner or occupant of such residential, commercial, or industrial unit to two garbage collections per week. Receptacles provided by the city shall be used by each owner or occupant.

(a) 
The charge for sanitation service as set forth in the fee schedule in appendix A of this code shall be paid to the city by each occupied residential, commercial or industrial unit for sanitation service furnished outside the corporate limits of the city, and the person under whose name such service is registered shall be responsible for the payment of such other charge or charges. The charge for sanitation services shall be listed on the utility bill and shall be due and payable at the same time the bill for water or other city services is due.
(b) 
The rates and charges shall entitle each owner or occupant of such residential, commercial or industrial unit to two garbage collections per week. Receptacles provided by the city shall be used by each owner or occupant.

(a) 
The owner of an RV/trailer park and the sanitation supervisor shall determine the number of containers to be set.
(b) 
The owner of the trailer park inside the city shall be charged a fee as set forth in the fee schedule in appendix A of this code for each three-yard container located in the RV facility.

(a) 
Each applicant for garbage service at a residential, commercial or industrial unit outside the corporate limits of the city and not connected to other city utilities shall be required to deposit an amount as set forth in the fee schedule in appendix A of this code.
(b) 
The deposit shall be held, and when services are terminated, the deposit is used for paying any unpaid bills of the applicant for garbage service and any unused portion of the deposit shall be refunded to the applicant.

The city may provide roll-off services where larger trash containers are needed. Whole lot clearing and house demolition/remodel are some examples of situations where an individual may require the use of a roll-off. Also some commercial business undertakings may rely on roll-off containers to meet their high yield demands. The item limitations listed apply to the roll-off containers. The price for renting a 30 yard roll-off is as set forth in the fee schedule in appendix A of this code.
