Building inspections.
(1) 
For issuing each permit: $100.00.

Plus the following when provided:

Concrete work, masonry work, roofing work, demolition work, remodeling or moving, or for any work for which a permit is required other than for new construction: $20.00.
(B) 
New construction per square foot of floor area: $0.10.
(b) 
Plumbing inspections.
(1) 
For issuing each permit: $75.00.
(2) 
Plus the following when provided:
(A) 
To install, alter or replace water system: $20.00.
(B) 
To install, alter or replace sprinkler system: $20.00.
(C) 
To install, alter or replace sewer system: $20.00.
(D) 
For each plumbing fixture, trap or floor drain: $2.00.
(E) 
For each septic tank or drainfield: $50.00.
(F) 
To install, alter or replace a water heater: $10.00.
(G) 
To install, alter or replace gas system: $20.00.
(H) 
For each gas outlet or vent stack: $2.00.
(c) 
Swimming pool inspections.
(1) 
For issuing a permit on new installation: $100.00.
(2) 
For repairs, remodel or equipment replacement: $50.00.

Re-inspection fee.
For any building and plumbing re-inspections: $30.00.

The permit and inspection fees for electrical work shall be as follows:

For issuing each permit: $75.00.

For each current-consuming receptacle: $1.00.

For each current-consuming fixture: $1.00.

For each current-consuming outlet: $1.00.
(D) 
For each branch circuit: $1.00.

A fee of $200.00 shall be paid for the issuance of the location permit for a mobile home.

Application fee.
All applications shall be accompanied by the following fee:
(1) 
Transfer.
$25.00 to transfer a license. The new licensee must file an application with the city but the prepaid license fee shall remain valid until the December 31 expiration, subject to the provisions of section 4.06.019 of this code.
(2) 
Annual license fees for RV parks consisting of:
2–10 RV spaces
$550.00 per year
11–20 RV spaces
$1,100.00 per year
21–30 RV spaces
$1,600.00 per year
31–40 RV spaces
$2,100.00 per year
41–50 RV spaces
$2,600.00 per year
51–60 RV spaces
$3,100.00 per year
More than 61 RV spaces
$3,600.00 per year
(b) 
Late fee.
Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per week.

The permit and inspection fees for private water wells are as follows:
(1) 
To drill a private water well: $75.00.
(2) 
To deepen, alter or plug a private water well: $25.00.
