(a) 
City permit.
There is levied upon each person engaged in any pursuit addressed in Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, chapters 12 through 46, those fees authorized by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, section 11.38(a) and not excepted by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, section 11.38(d), in amounts equal to one-half the state fee.
(b) 
City license.
There is levied upon each person engaged in any pursuit addressed in Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, chapters 62 through 74, those fees authorized by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, section 61.36, not specifically excepted elsewhere, in amounts equal to one-half the state fee.

The applicant for a permit to sponsor, operate, run or cause to be operated a carnival, circus, or other tent show shall pay a fee of $50.00 per day for each day the carnival, circus, or other tent show intends to operate; provided, however, that this fee may be waived by the city council. Additionally, in order to ensure public safety, the chief of police with approval of the city manager may assess hourly rates for personnel and equipment.

(a) 
Annual permit fee.
The annual permitting fee for gaming and amusement machines is $500.00 each.
(b) 
Replacement permit.
The fee for issuing a replacement annual permit for one lost, destroyed or mutilated is $2.00.

(a) 
Itinerant merchant’s license.
An applicant for an itinerant merchant’s license shall pay a license fee in the sum of $150.00.
(b) 
Food handler’s permit.
Food handler's permit. Itinerant merchants who handle food products exclusively shall pay a filing fee in the amount of $75.00 for a daily permit (a maximum of three such daily food handler's permits may be issued to the same merchant in any 12-month period) or a filing fee in the amount of $500.00 for a food handler's permit valid for a period designated therein, not to exceed 60 days from the date of issuance.

There shall be a fee of $25.00 per annum charged for the issuance of a junkyard dealer’s permit.

In case a permit is requested for the purpose of drilling a well or re-entering to rework or drill to a deeper formation, the application shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $2,000.00.
