The following service charges for copying governmental and public
records shall be as follows:
(1) For
readily available information on standard size pages (up to 8-1/2"
x 14"), the copying charge shall be $0.10 per page and $0.50 for nonstandard
size
Any copy request of 51 pages or more that requires gathering
or compiling will be charged, depending upon materials, labor, overhead,
postage, etc., at the rate of $15.00 per hour for the time required
to fulfill the request. If the charge for fulfilling requests exceeds
$40.00, the city will provide the requestor an itemized written estimate
of the charges and indicate if a less costly alternative is available.
(2) For
information which is not readily available, the copying charge shall
be $0.10 per page plus actual labor costs incurred by the city in
providing the requested information.
(3) In addition,
the city may also add any postal related expenses which may be necessary
to transmit the reproduced documents to the requesting party.
(4) All
other copying charges for public records not listed in this fee schedule
shall be charged in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code,
title 1, part 3, chapter 70, rule section 70.10 as established by
the office of the attorney general.

A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee is to be charged to each and
every customer for whom a check is returned for any reason.

Any person desiring to conduct a parade upon the city streets
or hold a circus, carnival or tent show shall pay a permit fee of
twenty-five dollars ($25.00) before its consideration. This fee shall
be a nonrefundable fee regardless of whether the permit is granted
or denied.

There is hereby imposed on each telephone subscriber’s
local exchange access line, or its equivalent, in the city, a 911
emergency fee of one dollar ($1.00) per month for each residential
line, one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per month for each business
line and one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per month for each business
trunk.

The following service charges for copying body worn camera recordings
shall be as follows:
(1) $10.00
per recording responsive to the request for information; and
(2) $1.00
per full minute of body worn camera video or audio footage responsive
to the request for information, if identical information has not already
been obtained by a member of the public in response to a request for
information.
Filing fees at county clerk’s office: Actual cost plus
$60.00 per hour.
