False burglar alarms fees will be assessed as follows:
(1) 
A permit holder will be assessed a fee for the signaling of a false alarm by a burglar alarm system in excess of three (3) false alarms which have occurred during the previous twelve-month period. Fees assessed will be:
(A) 
$50.00 for the 4th and 5th alarm which have occurred during the previous twelve-month period.
(B) 
$75.00 for the 6th and 7th alarm which have occurred during the previous twelve-month period.
(C) 
$100.00 for 8 or more alarms which have occurred during the previous twelve-month period.
(b) 
This fee schedule does not apply to:
(1) 
False fire;
(2) 
False robbery; and
(3) 
False emergency assistance/personal distress alarms.
