The provisions of the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code “IECC” relating to the regulating and governing of energy efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said energy conservation code on file in the water and sewer superintendent’s office of the city are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section; and the provisions of the International Energy Conservation Code are hereby extended to apply to the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
