§ 13.07.001 Water conservation and emergency water demand management.

The Saint Jo Water Conservation and Emergency Water Demand Management Program as maintained on file in the office of the city secretary has been duly adopted by Ordinance 95-07-8 of July 3, 1995, as the official policy of the city.

§ 13.07.002 Adoption of a drought contingency plan.

The city hereby adopts the drought contingency plan attached to Ordinance 2021-08 adopted August 11, 2021, as exhibit A.
