(a)
All
drilling, exploration, mining, and expansion of mining minerals is
prohibited in all areas within the corporate limits of the town which
are zoned SF-1, SF-2, SF-3, SF-5, SF-A1, SF-A2, MF-1, and MF-2.
(b)
All
other areas within the corporate limits of the town will need a specific
use permit granting authority for drilling, exploration, mining, and
expansion of mining of minerals.
