Pedestrians have the right to walk in marked crosswalks and on the outer three feet of any municipal street. All motor vehicles and other modes of transportation should take care to respect and not impair the well being of pedestrians.

(a) 
A person shall not enter or alight from a vehicle on the side of the vehicle adjacent to lanes of moving traffic unless reasonably safe to do so and unless it will cause no interference with the movement of other traffic.
(b) 
A person shall not load or unload goods or merchandise in or on a vehicle, in a manner that will interfere with moving traffic, except where other provisions of this chapter apply.
(c) 
A person commits an offense if he enters or alights from a vehicle while the vehicle is moving.

A person commits an offense if while upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, he goes upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a cross-walk. When so crossing the person shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to pedestrians.
