A planning and zoning commission is created for the town.

The commission shall be composed of five (5) members appointed
by the mayor and council.

Meetings will be held at the discretion of the commission.

The commission is charged with the task of creating ordinances
for the town, and any other duties or authority conferred on it by
the town council or otherwise granted by state law.
