(A)
All lots shall have a minimum area of 6,000 square feet and abut on an approved street for at least 60 feet and shall provide safe and convenient pedestrian and vehicular access from the lot onto the street. On cul-de-sacs the 60-foot frontage will be measured at the front building line. Corner lots with a width of less than 75 feet are to be at least five feet wider than the average of interior lots in the block.
(B)
Minimum front building setback lines shall be at least 15 feet. Side yard minimum setbacks shall be at least 10 feet. Rear yard setbacks shall be at least 25 feet.
(C)
On corner lots, buildings shall have 15-foot side yards adjacent to the street where the rear lot lines of the corner lots coincide with the rear lot lines of the adjacent lots. Buildings on corner lots shall have 25-foot side yards adjacent to the street where the rear lot lines of the corner lots coincide with the side lot lines of the adjacent lots.
(D)
In subdivisions outside the city limits where the use of septic tanks for single-family and duplex units is approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, lot size shall comply with the standards adopted by the Texas Water Quality Board in TWQB Order No. 74-0326-4, now and as hereafter amended.
