(a) 
The tapping fees assessed for connection to the city water system are as provided in section A13.02.062 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.
(b) 
All taps above one inch will be at the actual cost of labor and materials.
(c) 
Charges for boring, pavement repair, and/or special materials and labor required for installation of a tap will be charged in addition to the tapping fee.

(a) 
For water service to residential consumers inside the city, the rates set forth in this section shall apply. This section shall be applicable to consumers of water for domestic purposes only, in a single dwelling. Each apartment shall be measured separately through one meter at one metering point. If separate piping systems are not provided by the consumer, the entire premises shall be classed as being nonresidential and billed accordingly. Nonresidential, commercial and industrial consumers are not eligible for this rate.
(b) 
Residential water service rates within the city are established as provided in section A13.02.063 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.

(a) 
For water service to commercial consumers within the city, the rates set forth in this section shall apply. This section shall be applicable to all consumers of water for commercial purposes such as cafes, roominghouses, hotels, garages, retail stores, wholesale stores, theaters, offices, governmental agencies, filling stations, lumberyards, barbershops, tailor shops, creameries, ice stations, bakeries, warehouses and all other establishments using water for commercial purposes, not eligible for residential or industrial rates.

Commercial water service rates are established as provided in section A13.02.064 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.

For any water furnished outside city limits, the volumetric charges shall be the same as for service in the city, with a separate monthly minimum charge as provided in section A13.02.065 of the fee schedule in appendix A of this code.

(a) 
Residential uses.
The charge for each apartment complex or similar structure or mobile home park which is metered through a master meter shall be equal to the rate set as the monthly minimum base rate for residential consumers within the city as set out in section A13.02.063 in appendix A of this code multiplied by each occupied rentable space or apartment, as the case may be, per billing cycle. This charge is in addition to rates charged for water usage at the apartment complex, other similar structure or mobile home park.
(b) 
Commercial uses.
The charge for each commercial business metered through a master meter shall be equal to the rate set out in section A13.02.064 in appendix A of this code as the monthly minimum base rate per billing cycle multiplied by each business receiving water from the meter, per billing cycle. This charge is in addition to rates charged for water usage at the commercial complex.
(c) 
Mixed uses.
The charge for apartment complexes or similar structures or mobile home parks metered for water service through a master meter(s) and having jointly metered residential and public use areas shall be charged the rate set as the monthly minimum rate for residential consumers within the city as set out in section A13.02.63 in appendix A of this code multiplied by each occupied rentable space or apartment, as the case may be, per billing cycle for the residential areas plus the rate set as the monthly minimum for business, commercial, and industrial customers as set out in section A13.02.064 in appendix A of this code multiplied by the number of each separate public use area with water service.
(d) 
The charge for public use areas of each apartment complex or similar structure or mobile home park metered for water service but not metered jointly with any residential usage areas shall be the rate set as the monthly minimum rate for business, commercial, or industrial consumers within the city as set out in section A13.02.064 in appendix A of this code multiplied by the number of each separate public use area on such meter with water service, per billing cycle.

The rate for all private and public schools shall be as provided in section A13.02.068 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.

The water conservation fee for city water customers shall be charged per billing cycle as part of the city’s monthly utility billing based on each customer’s metered water use. The fee shall be as set forth in section A13.02.069 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.
