There is hereby adopted the 2024 International Private Sewage Disposal Code, excluding any and all appendices attached thereto, save and except those portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended. Such code is adopted for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of sewage systems in the city. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions, and terms of such International Private Sewage Disposal Code, published by the International Code Council and on file in the office of the code compliance official, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
