Nonresidents.
Anyone that does not meet the qualifications for a resident. If you have a delinquent account with the city, you will be considered a “nonresident” for purposes of use of the city’s sanitary transfer station until such times as all accounts are brought current.
Residents.
Anyone that can provide proof of payment of property taxes to the city, payment of utility bills to the city, payment of garbage collection through the city. To be considered a “resident” you must provide proof of one of the above accounts. Any accounts that you have with the city cannot be delinquent to qualify as a “resident.”

(a) 
Charges.
The resident and nonresident charges are hereby established for the disposal of garbage, trash, brush/yard waste and rubbish at the city-owned transfer station. The fees shall be as set forth in section A13.06.072 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.
(b) 
Construction material.
The city does not allow the dumping of construction materials at the city-owned transfer station.
