(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in any public park of the city.
(b) 
For the purposes of this section, the term “public park” shall include all of that area utilized by the public for recreational purposes, to include the park grounds, sidewalks, and all public parking areas adjacent thereto.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hit or drive a golf ball or play golf in any city park. To the degree that the municipal golf course may be considered a city park, it is excluded from the provisions of this section.

(a) 
Campers may not utilize the Texhoma Park camping facilities, camper spaces, camper hookups and utilities and services connected therewith for any period in excess of 24 hours without a written permit from the city secretary.
(b) 
Any person desiring to utilize the camping facilities, camper spaces, camper hookups, utilities and services connected therewith for a period in excess of 24 hours must make an application to the city secretary at the city hall.
(c) 
Utilization by any person of Texhoma Park camping facilities, camper spaces, camper hookups, utilities and services for a period in excess of 24 hours without written permit, or for a period in excess of the time granted by a written permit, shall be a violation of this section. Violation of this section shall subject the violator to a fine as provided in section 1.01.009. Each day of utilization of any of such facilities shall be a separate violation.

(a) 
The use of Morton Park, more fully described as Block 37, Original Town of Dumas, Moore County, Texas, together with the sidewalks and parking along the streets abutting the park, is hereby prohibited from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays when school is in session. It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in Morton Park or upon any sidewalk adjacent to, adjoining or abutting the park during such times. It shall further be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the west side of Zauk Avenue adjacent to the park, or on the south side of Third Street adjacent to the park, or on the east side of Beard Avenue adjacent to the park, or on the north side of Fourth Street adjacent to the park, during such hours.
(b) 
Appropriate signs shall be posted on not less than four sides of the park.
(c) 
Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009 of this code.

(a) 
Save and except a person camping at Texhoma Park pursuant to section 1.07.073, it shall be unlawful for a person to enter, remain in, or use any portion of a park, recreational area, or playground, including streets within the parks, recreational areas, or playgrounds, parking areas within parks, and parking areas adjoining a park, between the hours of 11:00 o’clock p.m. and 5:00 o’clock a.m., without a permit issued by the city.
(b) 
Permits for special events in parks or playgrounds shall be obtained by written application to the city on a form promulgated for that purpose. The permit shall show the closing time of the event, after which the provisions of subsection (a) above shall apply.
(c) 
Penalty: A violation of any provision of this section shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with section 1.01.009 of this code of the city.
