The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Debris
means any worthless or broken-down accumulation of junk or matter or broken and useless structures or machines or machinery.
Premises.
Any lot, tract or parcel of land, occupied or unoccupied, improved or unimproved, within the corporate limits of the city.
Rubbish
means any useless or worthless material, organic matter, waste or rejected matter of any type from any structure or demolition of a structure, machine, broken parts of a machine, cloth, tree limbs, leaves, grass and other organic trash.
Trash
means paper, rags, clothes, paper or pasteboard containers, rubber, crates, weed and grass cuttings, small tree limbs, tins, glass, wire, bottles, etc.
Weeds
means economically useless or unsightly plants of wild growth bearing wingy or downy seeds when the plant matures, and that will attain such a growth as to become a fire menace when dry or that are otherwise noxious or dangerous, being either growing or dead vegetation taller than twelve (12) inches.

The authority granted the city for this article is in accordance with the authority granted by V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code section 342.006.
