Any person in possession of a dog that is more than four (4)
months old shall obtain a license from the city at a fee of $5.00
per license.

The following fees and charges shall be applied against any
dog impounded:
(1) The
sum of $50.00 per head for picking up and impounding each dog; and
(2) The
sum of $5.00 per day per head for the care and maintenance of the
dog while in impoundment.
