The term "snowstorm" shall mean any continuous snowfall resulting in an accumulation of snow three inches or more in depth.
C. 
Upon the occurrence of a snowstorm, all vehicles parked upon or along a snow route shall be promptly removed from the snow route by the owners or custodians of such vehicles and no vehicles shall thereafter be parked on the snow route until after the snow has been removed therefrom.
A. 
The term "disabled vehicle" shall mean:
(1) 
Any vehicle incapable of moving under its own power or incapable of moving because of mechanical defects; and
(2) 
Any vehicle which does not bear current registration plates or which does not have a current, effective certificate of inspection issued by an official inspection station.
B. 
It should be unlawful for a person to park or permit to be parked upon or along any street or highway within the Township any disabled vehicle.

A. 
Vehicles subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code that are not displaying a valid registration are prohibited from parking on any Township street/roadway, right-of-way, or state highway within Reilly Township. All law enforcement officers are hereby authorized to ticket and tow such vehicles at the owner's expense, in addition to ticketing such vehicles with a fine in the amount identified in § 202-24C(3).
B. 
Vehicles not displaying or possessing a valid state inspection are prohibited from parking on any Township street/roadway, right-of-way, or state highway within Reilly Township. All law enforcement officers are hereby authorized to ticket and tow such vehicles at the owner's expense, in addition to ticketing such vehicles with a fine in the amount identified in § 202-24C(3).
C. 
Any vehicles, whether or not registered or inspected, that are obstructing a Township street/roadway or right-of-way, or parked on a sidewalk or blocking a driveway are prohibited. All law enforcement officers are hereby authorized to ticket and tow such vehicles at the owner's expense, in addition to ticketing such vehicles with a fine in the amount identified in § 202-24C(3).
