The subdivision ordinance adopted by Ordinance 251, passed March
16, 1999, is hereby incorporated into this Code of Ordinances by reference.
Although its substantive provisions are not herein recited, the provisions
of the subdivision ordinance, and any future amendments, shall be
treated as if set forth in full herein. A copy of the subdivision
ordinance is available for public inspection at the office of the
planning and zoning commission.
