§ 2.05.121 Improper use of city equipment.

A city official may not use city equipment, or supplies (other than occasional de minimis and incidental occurrences) and may not use city personnel for the primary benefit of the city official, or the city official’s relatives or for the private benefit of any person or entity.

(b)

For the purposes of this section, “private benefit of any person or entity” shall not include a benefit derived from actions that are official duties of the city official providing the benefit.
