(a)
The Aubrey Economic Development Corporation is hereby created under the Development Corporation Act of 1979, as amended, and article 5190.6 of Vernon’s Annotated Civil Statutes, section 4B, as amended, and shall be governed by said laws and the articles of incorporation attached to Ordinance 309-01 as exhibit A.
(b)
The attached articles are hereby approved and accepted in their entirety by the city council, and may be amended from time to time with approval by the council.
