Editor’s note–Former section 2.02.001 pertaining to registration of animals was repealed in its entirety by section 5 of Ordinance 2017-O-509 adopted 5/11/17. At the request of the city, the provision of Ordinance 2017-O-509 calling for the renumbering of article 2.02 was not incorporated.
Every owner of a dog or cat shall have such animal vaccinated and revaccinated against rabies as required by state law.
