The office of Township Manager for Swatara Township, Lebanon
County, Pennsylvania is hereby created and established.

The powers and duties of the Township Manager of Swatara Township
are set forth and incorporated by reference in Exhibit A.[1] Furthermore, the Board of Supervisors may delegate, from
time to time, any of its nonlegislative powers to the Township Manager
as it deems necessary and appropriate.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.

This Part shall become effective five days after enactment by
