The city council may from time to time create or amend the community
center rules and regulations for the fair, safe and efficient operation
of the community center. The community center rules and regulations
attached to Ordinance 360 maintained on file in the offices of the
city are hereby adopted and included by reference and are to be effective
immediately upon passage.

There is hereby created the office of community center coordinator,
who is to oversee the operation of the community center and the enforcement
of these regulations. This person shall be appointed by the city council
and shall serve at their pleasure. This person may be any citizen
of the city or any city employee. The community center coordinator
may also, with the concurrence of the mayor, call upon city employees
to assist in these duties as the community center coordinator shall
see fit.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars
($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that such a violation is permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense. The term “person”
as used in this section shall include the owner, occupant, mortgagee
or vendor in possession, assignee of rents, receiver, executor, trustee,
lessee, agent or any other person, firm or corporation directly or
indirectly in control of a building or tract of land.
