Editor’s note–Former articles 3.05, 3.07–3.08, and 3.11–3.13, pertaining to minimum housing standards; signs; fences, walls, landscaping and screening; accessory buildings; mobile homes; and streets and sidewalks, were all repealed and deleted in their entireties by Ordinance 486-14 adopted 1/15/15. These provisions can now be found in chapter 14, zoning ordinance.
