(a)
Any contractor, business, individual, etc., that requests the city
to extend water or sewer lines to any business, residential or industrial
complex or other facility shall pay to the city all costs which the
city shall incur or be obligated to incur in extending such water
and sewer lines to such business, residential or industrial complex
or other facility.
(b)
The sole authority to determine the closest existing water or sewer
line or both from which an extension is feasible shall be vested in
the city.
