No person may cause, suffer, allow, or permit any outdoor burning
within the city limits except under those conditions shown as exceptions
under the rules and regulations of the state commission on environmental
quality as set forth in title 30, section 111, subchapter B, of the
state administrative code governing outdoor burning. Additionally,
if the commissioners court of the county adopts a temporary countywide
burn ban, all requirements and restrictions of the ban shall be enforced
within the city limits of the city.
