The City of Pineland, Texas, hereby offers a reward of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of said City of Pineland, Texas. This reward is a standing offer and shall be paid out of the general fund of the City of Pineland, Texas. The city council of Pineland, Texas shall be the sole and exclusive judge for eligibility to receive the reward.
