Violation of any provision or provisions of this ordinance by any subdivides shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction of such violation in the corporation court of the city a fine not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be imposed, and each day that such violation continues shall be a separate offense. In case a corporation is the violator of any of the provisions of this ordinance, each officer, agent, and/or employee in anywise responsible for such violation thereof shall be individually and severally liable for the penalties herein prescribed.

No conviction or convictions under the penal provisions of this ordinance, or Article 427b, Penal Code of Texas, shall ever be considered as any bar to any injunctive or other legal remedy, relief, right, or power existing in the city to enforce the application and provisions of this ordinance by virtue of the constitution and laws of the State of Texas and charter of the city.
