ZONING MAP CHANGES APPROVED BY CITY AFTER ADOPTION OF THE
ORIGINAL OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ON AUGUST 18, 1981.
The zoning regulations of the City of Pineland, Texas, are hereby amended to change the zoning designation of the Jack Langston Subdivision within said city from R-1 designation to a R-2 designation; and henceforth, the use and development of said property within said subdivision shall be governed by the zoning rules and regulations of a R-2 zone as defined in the zoning regulations of the City of Pineland, Texas.

The zoning regulations of the City of Pineland, Texas are hereby amended to change the zoning designation of certain areas shown in Exhibit A from R1 and M1 to R2; and certain areas shown in Exhibit B from R3 to R2 and R3 to C1, and hence forth the use and development of said property shall be governed by the zoning rules and regulations of a R2 and C1 zone as defined in the zoning regulations of the City of Pineland.

The zoning regulations of the City of Pineland, Texas are hereby amended to change the zoning designation of two (2) certain lots form a First Commercial District C-1 to a Second Commercial District, C-2. One being located on the west side of Temple Avenue and corner of Elm Street owned by A.B. Roberts Oil Company. The other lot located between the Pineland Car Wash and Masonic Lodge on the west side of Temple Avenue owned by Life Christian Center. The property shall be governed by the zoning rules and regulations of the City of Pineland.

The zoning regulations of the City of Pineland are hereby amended to change the zoning designation of two (2) certain lots being 209 Elm and 211 Elm Street from a C1-1st Commercial District to a R2-2nd Residential District.
