(a)
The
times for regular meetings of the city council shall be 6:00 p.m.
on the first and third Tuesday of each month, as set by the council
in compliance with the home rule charter of the city, section 3.09.
(b)
Audit
board [meetings] shall be held on the day of, but prior to, the regular
meeting of the city council.
(c)
The
city council may change meeting dates by resolution when a regular
meeting date conflicts with holidays or other unforeseen conflicts.
