City ordinance fees:
(1) 
Impounded animal:
Required to pay all fees incurred - boarding and compliance:
(A) 
First offense: $25.00.
(B) 
Second offense: $50.00.
(C) 
Each subsequent offense: $150.00.
(2) 
Daily boarding fee:
$20.00 per day.
(3) 
Redemption of quarantined animal:
After payment of all fees incurred, $10.00 per day for 10 days minimum.
(4) 
Animal pickup by (surrender to) ACO requested by owner:
(A) 
Dog: $50.00 each if altered; $90.00 each if not altered.
(B) 
Cat: $5.00 each if altered; $10.00 each if not altered.
(5) 
Evidence leading to conviction of poisoning any animal:
$50.00 reward.
(6) 
Annual exotic animal permit (expires each December) (permits held by city secretary):
(A) 
$25.00 per year for 1st year.
(B) 
$15.00 per year for 2nd (or subsequent) year.
(C) 
$15.00 to amend permit.
(7) 
Adoption fee:
$50.00.
