Editor's note–Prior to the adoption of Ordinance 310, adopted 6/10/2008, mobile homes and recreational vehicles outside mobile home parks or recreational vehicle parks were controlled by Ordinance 83, adopted 8/13/1985, codified as chapter 3, section 10 of the 1982 Code.
