The inhabitants of the City of Forest Hill, County of Tarrant, Texas with boundaries as herein established, or as hereafter established in the manner provided in this Charter, shall continue to be and are hereby constituted to be a body politic, incorporated and to be know [known] by the name of “City of Forest Hill.”
The boundaries of the City of Forest Hill are defined and described in full by the metes and bounds description, and are shown on the official city map on file in the office of the city secretary. These boundaries may be changed in the manner provided for in Article II, section 2.01, without requiring a formal amendment to this Charter. The official city map is available for inspection by the public during regular business hours of the city offices.
