§ 13.501 Water and Sewer Rates for Customers Outside of the City Limits. The water and sewer rates for customers outside the city limits of the City of Pottsboro shall be fixed in individual contracts between the City of Pottsboro and the purchaser.(1996 Code of Ordinances, Chapter 11, Article 3.00, Section 3.10)
