City of Pottsboro, TX ARTICLE 13.1500 RETAIL ELECTRIC PROVIDER REGISTRATION FORM REQUIRED

§ 13.1501 Retail Electric Provider Registration Form Required.

(a) The city council adopts the retail electric provider registration form as set forth on file in the office of the city secretary.

(b) Each retail electric provider, as defined by state law, who provides retail electric service in the City of Pottsboro shall file a completed retail electric provider registration form with the city clerk.
