The following service charge for copying governmental and public records shall be as follows:
(1) 
For readily available information on standard size pages (up to 8--1/2" x 14"), the copying charge will be $0.25 per page up to 50 pages; thereafter the copying charge shall be $0.25 per page plus labor costs incurred by the city in providing the requested information.
(2) 
For information which is not readily available, the copying charge shall be $0.25 per page plus labor costs incurred by the city in providing the requested information.
(3) 
In addition, the city may also add any postal related expenses which may be necessary to transmit the reproduced documents to the requesting party.
(4) 
The city council shall establish the copying or reproduction charge for nonstandard sized pages or documents (maps, tapes, books, etc.).

There is hereby established a service charge for receiving and sending faxes as follows:
(1) 
Incoming faxes shall be one dollar ($1.00) per page.
(2) 
Outgoing faxes shall be two dollars ($2.00) for the first page and thereafter one dollar ($1.00) per page.

A service charge of six dollars ($6.00) shall be levied for a police report.

A service charge of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be levied for fingerprints prepared by the police department.

(a) 
Facility Rental Fee.
A service charge of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be levied per day for the rental of the city-owned facility. Guidelines for the use of the facility must be signed before the renter may receive a key to the facility.
(b) 
Park Facility Rental Fee with Electricity.
A service charge of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be levied per day for the rental of the electrical outlets at the city-owned parks. Guidelines for the use of the park with electricity must be signed before the renter may use the parks electrical outlets. The reservation of the facility shall not affect the use of the park facility by the general public.
