(a)
Beginning the 1st day of July, 2003, and continuing monthly thereafter each aircraft owner utilizing a “T-Hangar” or other such structure for the storage of aircraft, shall pay to the city a monthly rental fee as provided for in the fee schedule in the appendix of this code.
(b)
Each aircraft owner using field storage or tie down facilities provided by the city shall pay to the city a monthly rental fee provided for in the fee schedule in the appendix of this code.
(c)
Each aircraft owner utilizing a “T-Hangar” or similar structure, or claiming ownership in any “T-Hangar” or similar structure, on or before the 1st day of July, 2003, shall every five years, execute a hanger site lease agreement with the City of Atlanta on a uniform form prepared and approved by the city attorney.
(d)
Hangar storage fees are subject to change and may be changed by resolution of the city council.
