(a) 
It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to park any automobile, motor truck, or any other vehicle in front of or within ten feet (10') from any fire hydrant within the City of Atlanta.
(b) 
It shall further be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to drive any vehicle over any fire hose, whether the same be charged with water or empty, or for any such person, firm or corporation to interfere with, molest or hinder the fire department in fighting any fire within the corporate limits of the City of Atlanta.
(c) 
Any person found guilty of violating either of the foregoing sections of this article shall, upon conviction, be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code.
(d) 
In addition to all other peace officers authorized to make arrests within the City of Atlanta the fire chief and the assistant fire chief and the fire marshal are authorized to make arrests for violation of either of the foregoing sections.
(e) 
Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any part of any sidewalk, street, alley or thoroughfare for the purpose of parking, placing or standing of any automobile, truck, wagon, carriage, hack or any other vehicle of like or similar character, when same is not temporarily parked during an interval of actual bona fide use for driving purposes on the date of such parking, placing or standing.
(f) 
Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any part of any sidewalk, street or ally within the corporate limits of the City of Atlanta, for the purpose of repairing, washing or greasing any automobile or vehicle or for the purpose of merchandising or conducting any trade or business on said streets, sidewalks or alleys.
(g) 
From and after the passage and publication of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person, persons, partnership, firm or corporation to park any kind of vehicle, horse drawn, mechanical or otherwise, on Cameron Street from the west curb line of North Louise Street west to the main gate of Pine Crest Cemetery.
(h) 
Any person, persons, partnership, firm or corporate violating this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code and each day any vehicle shall remain parked on said Cameron Street shall constitute a separate offense and punished accordingly. This article shall be cumulative of all other parking and traffic ordinances now in effect.

(a) 
The following described section of U. S. Highway 59 (Louise Street) be designated as no parking zone and it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park said vehicle within said no parking zone being more fully described as follows:
On the East side of U. S. Highway 59 (Louise Street) from the Atlanta north city limit to a point 1,022 feet South of said North city limit.
(b) 
Parking in the hereinabove described zone constitutes a hazard to present and future traffic and the elimination of parking in said zone is reasonable and safe.
(c) 
The Texas Highway Department is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking zone as hereinabove designated.
(d) 
Any person violating any provision of this article shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code.

(a) 
No persons shall park a motor vehicle in the public right-of-way at any time on either side of Polk Street on that portion of Polk Street lying between Brown Street and Hodge Street within the City of Atlanta.
(b) 
“Motor vehicle” as referred to herein shall mean every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks, and shall also include a motor vehicle, school bus, automobile, truck or other type tractor, truck, car, or any other type vehicle of any kind or character.
(c) 
Whenever by this or any other ordinance of this city, parking is prohibited on designated streets, it shall be the duty of the city manager to see that appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected in the area which is affected by such ordinance.
(d) 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time in any one parking space between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day of the week except Sundays and public holidays on the streets and within the areas in the City of Atlanta, described as follows:
(1)
The north and south sides of East Main Street between the intersections of East Street and Williams Street.
(2)
The east and west sides of North Williams Street from the intersection of North Main Street north to the alley behind the north side of the 100 block of East Hiram Street.
(3)
The north and south sides of East Hiram Street between the intersections of East Street and Starkey Street.
(4)
The east side of East Street between the intersections of Baker Street and East Main Street.
(5)
It being the intent to describe any street within the City of Atlanta, Texas, which is desginated a two-hour parking zone by appropriate signs and no part of this article shall be held invalid because the particular street or location is not particularly described if same is marked with a two-hour parking sign then all persons shall obey said two-hour parking sign in accordance with the terms of this article.
(d) 
“Vehicle”, as referred to herein shall mean every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks, and shall also include a motor vehicle, school bus, automobile, truck tractor or any type tractor, truck, car, or any other type vehicle of any kind of character.
(e) 
No person shall park a vehicle in any one parking space for a period of more than two hours on the above described streets and within the above described area within said city between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day of the week except Sundays and public holidays and all restrictive parking areas shall be marked by the City of Atlanta, with parking sings which indicate and show that the area is restricted to two-hour parking.
(f) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in any alley within the official fire zone in the central business district except when such vehicle is actually being used for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise or passengers.
(g) 
Whenever by this or any other ordinance of this city, a parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, it shall by the duty of the city manager of the City of Atlanta, to see that appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected in the area which is restricted to two-hour parking.
(h) 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code.

(a) 
The area to be affected by the provisions of this article shall be that portion of Allday Street situated between North Louise Street and Buckner Street in the City of Atlanta.
(b) 
Parallel parking only shall be permitted on that portion of Allday Street as designated above.
(c) 
No person shall park a vehicle on the north side of that portion of Allday Street as designated above, between the hours of 6:00 o’clock A.M. and 6:00 o’clock P.M. on any day of the week except Sundays and National Holidays.
(d) 
The Atlanta Police Department shall have the privilege of reserving one or more parking spaces on the south side of that portion of Allday Street as designated above, for its exclusive use and that those spaces so reserved shall be clearly marked or otherwise identified. Any unauthorized person parking a vehicle in the space or spaces so reserved, shall be in violation of this article and be subjected to penalties set forth herein.
(e) 
“Vehicle”, as referred to herein shall mean every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway except, devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks, and shall also include a motor vehicle, school bus, automobile, truck tractor or any type tractor, truck, car, or any other type vehicle of any kind or character.
(f) 
That the Atlanta Police Department is hereby authorized to remove and tow away, or have removed and towed away by commercial towing service, at the owner’s expense, any vehicle illegally parked in any place where such parking constitutes a violation of the provisions of this article.
(g) 
It shall be the duty of the city manager of the City of Atlanta, to see that appropriate signs giving notice of the prohibition and restrictions set forth in this article are erected in the areas designated herein.
(h) 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code.

(b)

(a) 
At any time it shall be unlawful to permit any dual wheeled or three axle vehicle to remain parked on any public right of way except in compliance with the directions of a police officer as otherwise provided by law.
(b) 
“Vehicle” as referred to herein shall mean every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except, devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracts, and shall also include any motor vehicle, school bus, automobile, car, truck, truck tractor, semi-trailer, trailer or semi-trailer in combination with a towing vehicle, or any other type vehicle of any kind or character.
(c) 
“Dual Wheeled” as referred to herein shall mean any vehicle with more than two (2) wheels on any one axle of said vehicle.
(d) 
“Three axled” as referred to herein shall mean any vehicle with three (3), or more, axles attached thereto.
(e) 
The Atlanta Police Department is hereby authorized to remove and tow away, or have removed and towed away by commercial towing service, at the owner’s expense, any such vehicle illegally parked where such parking constitutes a violation of the provisions of this article.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code.
