(a) 
License Fees.
The initial fee for a Class “I” and “III” license shall be $25.00 for the first year, and the renewal fee shall be $10.00 thereafter. The initial and renewal fee for a Class “II” and “IV” license shall be $5.00 per year. The initial fee for Class “V” shall be $200.00 and only one (1) permit shall be granted per year.

The fee for application for a special use permit shall be $125.00. The fee is not refundable upon the applicant’s failure to receive the special use permit.
(b) 
The fee for special use permit is subject to change and may be changed by resolution of the city council.
